Account Manager

Whilst we continue to work hard to meet our increased demand within the Medical Supply Chain, along with a number of other industries, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our dynamic Account Management / Sales team. If you are looking for a customer focused role within the Plastic Injection Moulding Industry and you are passionate about delivering a world class customer experience, then this permanent position would be ideal for you.

This well-rounded and demanding role will include overseeing a portfolio of assigned accounts, developing new business from existing clients and seeking new sales opportunities. In this role you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services and products
  • Develop accurate forecasts and track key account metrics
  • Analyse and report on current sales performance and account status

About you

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager preferably within a technical environment
  • Previous experience within the Plastic Injection Moulding industry
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
