Tooling Design & Sourcing

We provide comprehensive tooling through a mix of in-house expertise and trusted UK and Far East partners. From early-stage input to final approval, we ensure tools are designed for long-term performance, precision and efficiency. All tooling projects are closely managed for quality and delivered with full traceability and support.

Injection Moulding

With over 40 years of experience and a press range from 25T to 650T, we deliver reliable plastic injection moulding across three sites in the UK and Slovakia. We work with a wide variety of polymers from commodity to high-performance materials and offer scale production from low-volume technical parts to high-volume automated runs.

Specialist Capabilities

We offer advanced moulding and assembly services including vision-guided systems, vertical presses for delicate over-moulding, in-mould decoration, and high-spec material handling. These capabilities allow us to meet complex application needs across a variety of regulated industries.

Assembly & Quality Testing

We provide end-to-end assembly services, including electronic integration, adhesive bonding, ultrasonic welding, and full end-of-line testing. Every product is assembled to spec, tested for compliance, and packaged ready for delivery, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

Material & Component Sourcing

We can manage the full supply chain for your product, sourcing all necessary plastics, metals, electronics, and custom components. Our expansive global supplier network and procurement expertise ensure quality, cost control, and reliable delivery.

Account Management

Each client is supported by a dedicated account management team and project lead to ensure smooth communication, transparent planning, and on-time delivery. We focus on building long-term partnerships by understanding your business, technical needs and commercial goals.

Logistics
