Neil joined Hi-Tech in 2024 to lead commercial strategy and drive growth, with 30+ years in plastics and electronics manufacturing. A commercially focused CEO, he has delivered transformational results across global operations in automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors.
Justin Davies
Managing Director
Over 40 years in the industry holding various Director roles for leading UK Injection Moulding & Tooling Companies. Technical, Sales and Commercial are at his core with an emphasis on building teams through training and opportunity. Experience in supplying markets including Medical, Life Critical, Aerospace, MOD, Electronics, White goods, Automotive and Industrial brings a wealth of experience to the Group.
Jason David
Financial Director
Jason has been Finance Director at Hi-Technology since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience in financial leadership. A highly experienced finance professional, Jason plays a key role in driving financial performance and supporting sustainable growth. He graduated from Solent University and has a strong track record in managing complex financial operations across multiple sectors.
Jim Bass
Operations Director
Jim joined Hi-Tech in January 2024 to lead operations, enhancing delivery and quality through lean manufacturing. With a background in manufacturing engineering, he’s held senior roles across SMEs and multinationals, always driving performance through people and process improvement. He holds an MEng from the University of Nottingham.
Alex Hillman
Technical Director
Alex joined Hi-Tech’s Senior Leadership Team in 2024, having risen through the business from a placement student to Head of Technical Projects. She holds a degree in Computer Aided Product Design from Bournemouth University and combines strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills to lead with purpose and impact.
Roger May
Head of Compliance & Quality
Roger joined Hi-Tech in 2006 as Production Manager after nearly 20 years as Quality Manager at Adsum. He progressed through roles including Quality Assurance Manager before becoming Head of Compliance and Quality in 2017. Roger brings extensive expertise in quality management and compliance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high standards across Hi-Tech’s manufacturing operations.

Slovakia General Manager
Pavol joined Hi -Tech Slovakia in 2025. Accomplished and strategy-driven professional with 25 years extensive experience in leading large-scale manufacturing plants. Skilled in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development to ensure maximum productivity and employee
engagement. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, combined with a deep understanding of manufacturing principles.
