1983

Tisson Manufacturing Founded

Tisson Manufacturing was founded as a fledgling tool manufacturer, marking the beginning of our journey in precision engineering.

1987

Hi-Technology Established

Hi-Technology Mouldings was established as a subsidiary of Tisson Manufacturing, specialising in plastic injection moulding services to support a growing market demand.

1997

Achieved ISO 9001

Achieved ISO 9001 certification, demonstrating our commitment to quality management systems and operational excellence.

2000

Rebranded to Hi-Technology

Rebranded as the Hi-Technology Group, reflecting our growth and diversified capabilities in manufacturing solutions.

2007

Slovakia Expansion

Expanded internationally with the establishment of Hi-Tech Mouldings SRO, opening a facility in Košice, Slovakia, to serve the European market.

2011

Achieved ISO 14001

Attained ISO 14001 certification, underlining our dedication to environmental management and sustainable operations.

2014

Acquired by Buckland

The Hi-Technology Group was acquired by Buckland (formerly PEL), enhancing our global reach and resource capabilities.

2021

3M Supplier Of The Year

Recognized as the 3M EMEA Supplier of the Year for our exceptional response and contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

2023

New Slovakia Facility

Expanded our Slovakia operations into a new state-of-the-art facility, increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.

BD Supplier Of The year

Honoured with the BD Partner Supplier of the Year award for outstanding service.

2024

New 650T Press

Introduced a 650T moulding press to the Hi-Tech Slovakia facility, advancing our capabilities in large-scale moulding projects.

Acquisition of Sabre Plastics Mouldings limited

Acquired Sabre Plastics, based in Letchworth, further broadening our expertise, capacity and service offerings.

2025

Planned Completion of ISO13485

Targeting completion of ISO 13485 certification, reinforcing our commitment to quality and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry.

UK Expansion
